1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pkvip1 ("pkvip1," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkvip1.cam and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You understand that gambling involves the risk of losing money; and
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or policies that govern individual games, promotions, or features of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable specific terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The pkvip1 Platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction reflects the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. Any individual under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited from registering an account or participating in any real-money game on the Platform.

pkvip1 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdiction

By registering with pkvip1, you confirm that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction in which you reside and that you are accessing the Platform from a permitted location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. pkvip1 bears no liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a pkvip1 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• A valid, personal email address that you own and control;
• Your full legal name as it appears on a Philippine government-issued identification document;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Your residential address within the Philippines; and
• A secure password meeting pkvip1's minimum security requirements.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 KYC Verification

pkvip1 is required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other points as determined by pkvip1's compliance team. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or voter's ID) and a selfie holding the document. pkvip1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address and source of funds, in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active pkvip1 account at any time. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the duplicate accounts. If you believe a duplicate account exists in your name, contact pkvip1 support immediately.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pkvip1 login credentials, including your email address and password. pkvip1 will never ask for your password through email, SMS, or any communication channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service;
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices;
• Notify pkvip1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account; and
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results from pkvip1's breach of its security obligations.

3.3 Account Accuracy

The name registered on your pkvip1 account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. pkvip1 does not allow third-party deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances. Accounts where the registered name does not match the payment method may be suspended pending investigation.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkvip1 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts reaching a zero balance will be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, log in and complete any applicable re-verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkvip1 accepts deposits via the following methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (₱). pkvip1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not process any such transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, and InstaPay transactions. For PesoNet bank transfers, the minimum deposit is ₱500. For 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits, the minimum is ₱200. Minimum amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your pkvip1 account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. InstaPay bank transfers typically credit within 5 to 15 minutes. PesoNet transfers are processed on Philippine banking days and may take up to one (1) business day. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. pkvip1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telecommunication issues.

4.4 Deposit Source

You confirm that all funds deposited into your pkvip1 account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. pkvip1 conducts transaction monitoring in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and may request documentation substantiating the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed pkvip1's KYC identity verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. pkvip1 strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframes

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to compatibility. Indicative processing timeframes for fully verified accounts are:

• GCash / Maya: 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Up to 24 hours;
• PesoNet: Same business day for requests received before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days.

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, Philippine public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification and approval by pkvip1's compliance team.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

pkvip1 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to GCash or Maya for fully verified accounts. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers are outside pkvip1's control and are the responsibility of the player.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus has been claimed, withdrawals of the associated bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Real-money deposits are generally not subject to wagering requirements unless a bonus has been applied to the account in accordance with promotion terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers, promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, and referral rewards provided by pkvip1 (collectively, "Bonuses") are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount multiplied by 20 must be wagered). Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary and are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players meeting the qualifying criteria of each promotion. pkvip1 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Unless explicitly stated, Welcome Bonuses are available only to new players making their first qualifying deposit and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pkvip1 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following conduct, among others, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Using collusion, software automation, or any other method to manipulate bonus wagering;
• Depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay intent in order to generate bonus returns; and
• Any other conduct that pkvip1 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be exploitative of its promotional offers.

6.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Bonuses

pkvip1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited and partially wagered in good faith by eligible players, except where such modification is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

7. Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games made available on the pkvip1 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally recognised game developers. RTP percentages for all games are published on the respective game information pages. pkvip1 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence certified RNG results in real time.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, pkvip1 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-malfunction state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during a confirmed malfunction will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account. pkvip1's decision in this regard is final and binding.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and product category. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change by pkvip1 or the game provider. Limits may differ between standard and VIP table variants.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by pkvip1's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance. Bets accepted at confirmed odds will be honoured except in cases of obvious pricing error, as determined by pkvip1 in its reasonable discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the pkvip1 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage;
• Creating accounts using false identity information or on behalf of another person without their express consent;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pkvip1 staff or other players; and
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or account suspension measures through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other means.

pkvip1 reserves the right to take all appropriate action in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

pkvip1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care in this regard seriously.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkvip1 players via account settings or by contacting live support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reduction requests take effect immediately; increase requests are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and

9.2 Age Verification

pkvip1 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. We use this process to protect minors from accessing the Platform. If pkvip1 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification, and all real-money game play will be suspended.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

pkvip1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account with pkvip1, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkvip1 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkvip1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of pkvip1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pkvip1.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pkvip1, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances outside pkvip1's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, or natural disasters; or
• Any actions taken by pkvip1 in good faith compliance with applicable law, regulatory direction, or these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkvip1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

pkvip1's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pkvip1 in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your pkvip1 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any available balance in accordance with withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations already incurred under these Terms.

13.2 Termination by pkvip1

pkvip1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time with or without notice where pkvip1 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Your account is being used by an ineligible person, including a person under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pkvip1; or
• Required by any applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, pkvip1 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance pending investigation and forfeit bonus funds. Balances arising from legitimate play may be returned following the conclusion of any investigation, less any amounts due to pkvip1.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pkvip1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and by publication of the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms come into effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to pkvip1's customer support team for attempted resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter may be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory authorities in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect that party's legitimate interests.
